Job summary

Schneider National is seeking experienced drivers for dedicated hauling of reefer and dry van freight to Costco stores across IA and neighboring states. This 100% no-touch operation emphasizes safety and efficiency, with stable weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

• Regularly perform slow-speed maneuvers and complex backs.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first 90 days at Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $7,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
