Job summary

Schneider National is seeking a dedicated driver for hauling reefer and dry van freight to Costco stores with backhauls. The role features 100% no-touch freight and 50% drop-and-hook, with 3–4 loads per week and 1–2 stops per load.

You will earn mileage pay plus hourly pay while on duty, with generous sign-on bonuses, paid orientation, PTO after six months, and an annual bonus opportunity. Competitive benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first 90 days at Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $10,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $7,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.

• Live within 100 miles of Council Bluffs, IA.
