Job summary

Schneider National in Payson, AZ seeks professional CDL drivers for night routes hauling sporting goods with dry van trailers. You will run 5-10 loads per week, featuring 1-3 stop-offs per load and a 2100–0700 schedule.

Eligible drivers enjoy a comprehensive benefit package, signing bonuses, paid orientation, and paid time off after six months, plus potential annual bonuses up to 2% of gross pay. Night driving experience is preferred and CDL is required.

• Nighttime schedule: work between 2100 and 0700.

• Regularly perform slow-speed maneuvers and complex backs.
• 5-10 loads per week with 1-3 stop-offs per load.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first90 daysat Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $3,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
