Job summary

Schneider Dedicated nighttime truck driver role offers consistent home time and competitive pay. You will haul 100% no-touch freight with reefer and dry van trailers across IL, IN, IA and WI, with 7-8 loads per week and 2-3 stops per load.

The position requires a Valid CDL A and night driving. Sign-on bonuses of $7,500 for experienced drivers or $5,000 for inexperienced drivers, orientation, and strong benefits including medical, dental, vision and a 401(k) match are available.

Overview

• Haul 100% no-touch freight with reefer and dry van trailers.

• 7-8 loads per week with 2-3 stop-offs per load.

• Drive within Illinois, Indiana, Iowa and Wisconsin.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.

• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first 90 days at Schneider.

• Weekly performance pay.

• $7,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.

• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.

• Paid orientation.

• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.

• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
