Job summary

Schneider National in Fallsington, PA is seeking CDL A drivers for regional routes across CT, NJ, NY (including NYC) and PA. You will haul store merchandise with dry van trailers, with mostly no-touch and drop-and-hook freight, and several loads per week.

Overview

• Haul store merchandise with dry van trailers.


• 100% no-touch and 95% drop-and-hook freight.


• Regularly perform slow-speed maneuvers and complex backs.


• 5-8 loads per week.


• Drive within CT, NJ, NY (including New York City) and PA.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.


• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first90 daysat Schneider.


• Weekly performance pay.


• $3,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.


• $1,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.


• Paid orientation.


• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.


• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
