Job summary

Schneider National is seeking dedicated drivers in the Charlotte, NC area to haul parts in liftgate trailers and handle varied unloading requirements. Night shifts are required, and a Doubles/Triples endorsement is needed at hire.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,175 in weekly guarantee pay.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
