Job summary

Schneider National is seeking drivers for dedicated Minnesota routes. Haul building materials on flatbed trailers and unload with moffetts, delivering to homeowners, job sites, and businesses.

You will perform slow-speed maneuvers and manage 15–20 loads per week within a ~150‑mile radius of Inver Grove Heights, MN. Monday–Saturday start times begin early, with strong home time and reliable pay.

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Live within 45 miles of Inver Grove Heights, MN or Rochester, MN.

• Regularly perform slow-speed maneuvers and complex backs.
• 15-20 loads per week with multiple stop-offs per load.
• Monday-Saturday schedule starting at 0545.
• Drive within 150 miles of Inver Grove Heights, MN.

Pay and bonus potential

• Hourly pay.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $7,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.

Qualifications
