Schneider in Minnesota is seeking CDL‑A drivers for dedicated hauling. You'll move store merchandise in dry van trailers and hand unload freight using gravity rollers, with everyday backing and slow-speed maneuvers.

The role includes 2 loads per week with 3–5 stop‑offs per load across a multi‑state territory, generous weekly pay, a sign‑on bonus, orientation, and comprehensive benefits. Drivers enjoy competitive pay packages and retirement plans.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first90 daysat Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $7,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
