Job summary

Schneider National is seeking qualified drivers for dedicated routes. You’ll haul store merchandise in dry van trailers and hand unload using gravity rollers, performing precise slow-speed maneuvers and complex backs.

Expect 2 loads weekly with multiple stop-offs and routes across several states, including Minnesota. Competitive pay with weekly pay, a strong benefits package, and a sign-on bonus for experienced and inexperienced drivers are offered, along with orientation and paid time off after

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Live within 50 miles of Minneapolis, MN to be eligible.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and safe vehicle operation.

• Drive within AR, CO, IA, IL, KS, MN, MO, ND, SD and WY.

Pay and bonus potential

• Mileage pay and load pay, plus hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
• Earn at least $1,000 in weekly guarantee pay during your first90 daysat Schneider.
• Weekly performance pay.
• $7,500 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for experienced drivers.
• $5,000 sign-on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments in your first year for inexperienced drivers.
• Paid orientation.
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
