Job summary

Congruex is hiring Laborers to join a growing team. You will perform safe, professional construction duties across multiple job sites with training provided. A valid driver’s license and ability to travel to sites are required.

You will participate in safety meetings, operate equipment, load materials, and help with trenching, conduits, and concrete work. Strong safety awareness and physical fitness are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Reliable transportation to multiple job sites in the area.
• Subject to pre-employment drug test and MVR checks.
• Ability to follow instructions and work safely with a crew.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with crew and clients.
• Must meet physical demands; ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• A solid vision or corrective lenses may be required.

Responsibilities

• Attend and participate in safety meetings.
• Operate tamping machines and inspect equipment.
• Assist with loading/unloading of materials.
• Maintain a neat, clean work area and observe safety rules.
• Assist with trenching, conduit placement and backfilling.
• Support concrete forming, pouring and asphalt prep as needed.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements and safety policies.
• Participate in mandatory safety training and random drug screenings.
