Qualifications

• 3 years of CDL driving experience with a consistent job history.
• Must pass a medical DOT physical and drug test.
• Background check with clean MVR and consent to Clearinghouse.
• High school diploma or GED; foreign education acceptable.
• Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Ability to communicate, follow directions, and use basic math.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload containers hauling scrap metal.
• Communicate with office and customers to determine commodities to load.
• Drive independently and safely to customer yards.
• Maintain yard safety and housekeeping; perform inspections.
• Complete DOT daily operations and safety checks.
