Job summary

Waste Pro is hiring energetic CDL drivers for residential refuse collection on pre-assigned routes. The role involves operating front-end and side-load trucks, performing pre- and post-trip checks, and loading waste with attention to safety and DOT regulations.

Employees are required to communicate effectively with customers and dispatch, maintain the vehicle, and complete required documentation. A $10,000 driver award is offered for qualifying milestones.

Qualifications

• Must have a Class A or B CDL valid for the state.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Understand refuse collection policies and DOT/state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Safely drives truck on pre-established route and dumps refuse.
• Delivers courteous customer service and meets service standards.
• Performs daily pre- and post-trip inspections and DVIR reporting.
• Maintains vehicle cleanliness and operates pumps and hydraulics as needed.
• Completes required reports and supervises helpers on the route.
• Complies with all safety, DOT and company policies.
