Job summary

Jeff Wyler Automotive Family in Greendale, IN is seeking a motivated Automotive Sales Professional to join our team. The role focuses on understanding customer needs, presenting new and pre-owned vehicles, and guiding buyers through the purchase process.

This position offers a commission and draw plan with potential for $125,000+ per year based on performance. We provide training, ongoing development, and opportunities for advancement, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Work with customers to understand their needs and assist them throughout the vehicle purchase process
• Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles
• Stay up to date on current inventory, vehicle features, incentives, and financing options
• Follow up with customers and internet leads in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow-up activities in the CRM
• Provide a positive experience from the initial contact through the sale and delivery
• Work with the sales team and management to achieve monthly sales goals
