The role interfaces with department leadership, clinicians, and revenue cycle partners to drive CDI-driven documentation improvements, ensure compliance, and enhance the overall revenue cycle experience.

Qualifikationen

• Comprehensive understanding of clinic operations and revenue cycle management.
• Strong knowledge of CPT/HCPCS codes, modifiers, and payer policies.
• Experience in audits, appeals, and reimbursement initiatives.
• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare actionable reports.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with departments to resolve coding, documentation, and reimbursement concerns.
• Improve coding accuracy, documentation quality, and charge capture processes.
• Coordinate CDI, CPS, and Enterprise Registration for workflow improvements.
• Provide training on billing practices and payer policies to clinicians and staff.
• Analyze AR and financial reports to identify trends and KPIs related to CDI initiatives.
• Support billing-related activities including epic enhancements for accurate reimbursement.
