Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 5 years of professional coding experience.
• AHIMA or AAPC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clinical departments and CDI leadership to address coding, documentation, and reimbursement concerns.
• Evaluate opportunities to improve coding accuracy and documentation quality.
• Lead workflow improvements related to CDI, CPS, and Enterprise Registration.
• Support training for clinicians and staff on billing practices and payer policies.
