Job summary

Paylocity is seeking an executive leader for Enterprise CDI Transformation & Clinical Value. You will lead the CDI Optimization & Mandatory Reform program, translate assessments into an enterprise operating model, and direct three specialist workstreams with accountability for adoption, quality and sustainable value.

Reporting to the Sage executive sponsor and partnering with Trinity–Sage governance, you will shape staffing, workload, and performance metrics, while driving physician engagement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related clinical discipline.
• Active RN or other relevant clinical license; CCDS, CDIP or CCS.
• Eight years of clinical revenue cycle experience, including five years leading CDI or comparable multi-facility transformation.
• Demonstrated executive communication, workforce redesign, physician engagement and financial interpretation.
• Master’s degree and enterprise consulting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead staffing assessment across staffing, productivity, work distribution and quality.
• Design decision rights and workload allocation for corporate, regional, and local levels.
• Synthesize specialist plans into a unified delivery agenda and manage priorities.
• Secure executive and physician sponsorship; drive adoption and accountability.
• Oversee financial and clinical performance with Finance, Quality, and Analytics.
• Recommend wave progression and staffing transitions to Trinity governance.

Enterprise CDI Transformation & Clinical Value

Provide executive leadership for CDI Optimization and Mandatory Reform Program. Translate the assessment into an enterprise operating model, direct three specialist workstreams and hold delivery accountable for adoption, quality and sustainable value.

Reports to the designated Sage executive sponsor; accountable to joint Trinity–Sage program governance. Provides functional direction to the three Optimization Specialists and partners with the Program Manager and Data Engineering.

Core responsibilities

Lead the assessment of staffing, productivity, work distribution, policies, quality, reporting and physician experience; approve the baseline narrative and priorities. Design corporate, regional and local decision rights, leadership structure and workload allocation. Present staffing recommendations supported by capacity, quality and performance evidence. Integrate specialist plans into one delivery agenda; resolve competing priorities, approve clinical workstream deliverables and elevate scope, timing and resource decisions. Secure executive and physician sponsorship. Set expectations for protected education time, local champions, adoption and accountability across rollout waves. Oversee financial and clinical performance with Finance, Quality and Analytics. Distinguish documented improvement, validated financial benefit and longer-term outcomes. Recommend wave progression and staffing transitions to Trinity governance; direct remediation and transfer ownership of education, QA and performance management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related clinical discipline;
