Job summary

Sage Clinical RCM, LLC in Saint Petersburg, FL is seeking an executive to lead Enterprise CDI Transformation & Clinical Value, directing three specialist workstreams and ensuring adoption, quality and sustainable value.

The role reports to a Sage executive sponsor; will design the operating model, governance, and workload allocation, and require RN licensure with 8+ years in CDI revenue cycle leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or related clinical discipline and active clinical license.
• Active RN or other relevant clinical license; CCDS, CDIP or CCS.
• Eight years of relevant clinical revenue cycle experience, including five years leading CDI or multi‑facility transformation.
• Demonstrated executive communication, workforce redesign, physician engagement and financial interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the assessment of staffing, productivity, work distribution, policies, quality, reporting and physician experience.
• Design corporate, regional and local decision rights, leadership structure and workload allocation.
• Present staffing recommendations supported by capacity, quality and performance evidence.
• Integrate specialist plans into one delivery agenda; resolve competing priorities, approve clinical workstream deliverables and escalations.

Provide executive leadership for CDI Optimization and Mandatory Reform Program. Translate the assessment into an enterprise operating model, direct three specialist workstreams and hold delivery accountable for adoption, quality and sustainable value.

Reports to the designated Sage executive sponsor; accountable to joint Trinity-Sage program governance. Provides functional direction to the three Optimization Specialists and partners with the Program Manager and Data Engineering.
