Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree or JD with two years of related experience.
• Experience in budget administration or financial management.
• Remote work eligibility up to two days per week as part of program policies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate CDBG grant funds across HPD and external partners (OMB, HRO, Law, MOCEJ, HUD).
• Monitor compliance with regulations for CDBG-DR programs and document controls.
• Supervise the CDBG-DR Grant Compliance Manager.
• Collaborate with HPD offices to implement plans, policies, and strategies ensuring program compliance.
• Provide guidance, develop policies/training materials, and assist with vendor management guidance.
• Assist with audit readiness and external audits, including corrective actions as needed.
