Job summary

The Disaster Recovery Grant Manager will join the Compliance & Strategy team at HPD (CRM) to oversee CDBG-DR grant programs and ensure regulatory compliance. This role partners with NYC agencies, HUD, and external contractors to monitor, document, and report on grant activities.

A Master’s degree and public sector grant experience strongly preferred. Remote work is allowed up to two days per week under the city’s pilot program, with supervision from the Executive Director of CRM.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in economics, finance, accounting, public administration or related field.
• Two years of professional experience in budget/financial administration or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate CDBG-DR grant program compliance across HPD and external partners.
• Monitor, document, and report compliance for CDBG-DR programs.
• Oversee a CDBG-DR Grant Compliance Manager.
• Support audits and prepare for external reviews.
