NUWAY Alliance is seeking a Chemical Dependency Technician (CD Tech) for the Maplewood location to support clients through admission to discharge on the 2nd shift. The role focuses on supervising client behavior, crisis management, and assisting on-duty counselors to achieve program goals while maintaining confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

The position requires 18+ years, current first aid/CPR and medication administration certs (Residential), and the ability to work diverse populations.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18 years or older.
• First Aid/CPR certification and Medication Administration certificate (Residential only) obtained within 30 days of starting work.
• Able to pass Minnesota DHS background study.
• Ability to relate to people from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiently understand, follow instructions, and communicate effectively in English.
