Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking an RN for the CCU in Chicago, IL. This full-time role requires nights (7pm–7:30am) with every other weekend and rotating holidays. May float to other inpatient units as needed.

A minimum of one year in a staff nurse role, IL licensure, and relevant certifications are required. The position offers premium pay options for shifts and holidays, with opportunities for incentive pay and annual performance-based increases.

Qualifications

• Experience as a staff nurse is preferred.
• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Demonstrates mastery of nursing skills.
• Ability to guide and supervise nursing personnel.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Maintains competency with current standards of nursing practice.
• Interacts with colleagues to support professional development.
• Adheres to ethical standards in all nursing activities.
• Incorporates evidence-based practice and research into care.
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment, including emergencies.
• Documentation is thorough and timely.
