Job summary

Prime Healthcare in Lewiston, ME is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Coronary Care Unit. This full-time night-shift position features 12-hour shifts and a competitive pay rate of $36.00–$49.16 per hour, with a sign-on bonus available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN License.
• Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• Current ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current.
• Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation within 30 days of hire.
• Previous Acute Care hospital experience preferred.
• Ventilator Management experience preferred.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe patient care in the Coronary Care Unit using the nursing process.
• Communicate changes in patient condition with physicians and care team.
• Provide patient and family teaching and care planning.
• Direct and supervise assigned nursing staff and supervise shifts.
• Ensure compliance with standards of care and safety protocols.
