Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required; MS in Nursing or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years Critical Care Unit nursing experience; 1-3 years leadership experience.

• Coordinates and manages staff, material and financial resources to achieve patient outcomes.
• Provides clinical leadership and directs nursing care in the CCU.
• Serves as a working manager and RN in the Critical Care Unit.
