Job summary

The ideal candidate directs and evaluates age-specific nursing care using the nursing process, participates in committees, and can perform RN duties in CCU.

Onsite full-time role with day shift in Lenoir Memorial area; NC RN license required; ED nursing 3-5 years with leadership 1-3.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing is required or to be completed within three years.
• RN license active in North Carolina.
• 3–5 years Emergency Department nursing experience; leadership experience 1–3 years.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage staff, materials and finances to achieve patient outcomes.
• Serve as a clinical role model using the nursing process for age-specific care.
• Provide clinical leadership and support to the CCU department.
• Participate in unit and organizational committees.
