Job summary

• High School diploma or equivalent required; PCT program graduate with hospital experience.
• CNA with course in EKG and Phlebotomy and PCT certification eligible with hospital experience.
• BLS/CPR certification required upon entry; complete PCT online program within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Assist the professional nurse in patient care and family support.
• Maintain supplies, equipment and unit environment; participate in safety and infection control.
• Support data collection for quality improvement and patient satisfaction measures.
• Assist with admissions, transfers and discharges per unit operations.
