Job summary

St. Jo Frontier Casino is seeking a Surveillance professional to monitor CCTV, protect assets, and support management in security operations. The role requires adherence to company policies and collaboration with regulatory authorities.

The ideal candidate will be at least 18, possess strong communication skills, and be able to obtain a Missouri Gaming License. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills are required for daily reporting and documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Over 18 years of age with maturity.
• Ability to obtain a Missouri Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to Surveillance Manager, Supervisor or Senior Operator.
• Support other Managers, Directors and Executives with assistance and information relating to asset protection.
• Understand and follow all Departmental and Company policies, including open door policy.
• Continuously monitor CCTV to ensure protection of assets.
• Maintain professional relations with Commission members and their Agents.
• Accurately and promptly perform duties as assigned.
• Complete necessary paperwork accurately and timely.
• Maintain or update skills through review and self-study.
• Complete other tasks assigned by Surveillance Senior Operators, Supervisor, or Manager.
