Job summary

Executive Security Integrators & Fi is seeking a dedicated installer to build, program, deploy, and service Mobile Security Trailers (MSTs). The role requires adaptability to a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and strong customer service.

The position involves installing CCTV, solar equipment, and generators, performing testing, and ensuring quality service while coordinating with the team. Health and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or vocational training is required.
• At least three years of experience in related field.
• Experience with commercial intrusion systems, CCTV, intercom, networking and small engine mechanics.
• Knowledge of local and national codes is necessary.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to clear a drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Install and service CCTV, batteries, solar panels, and solar controls.
• Maintain and service small engine gas generators.
• Provide high-quality customer support and teamwork.
• Instruct customers on system operation and functionality.
• Test systems and verify signals.
• Maintain truck stock/inventory of equipment and tools.
• Complete MST installations, upgrades, and additions.
• Organize resources to ensure efficient task execution.
• Monitor progress and complete tasks on schedule.
• Document all task-related activities promptly.

Position Summary

The standard function of the position is to build, program, deploy, and service our Mobile Security Trailers (MSTs). The position requires that the candidate is able to adjust to a fast-paced market where last-minute movements happen often. The candidate will need to be able to work with minimal supervision and provide great customer service.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Install and service CCTV, batteries, solar panels, and solar controls.
• Maintain and service small engine gas powered generators.
• Must have a strong work ethic and ability to work well with other team members.
• Provides reliable, high quality customer support.
• Performs customer instruction on system operation and functionality.
• Performs system testing and signal verification.
• Maintains the necessary truck stock/inventory (equipment and tools).
• Perform new MST installations, upgrades, and additions.
• Organizes and utilizes technical resources, information, material, and support to ensure efficient execution of assigned tasks.
• Monitors and ensures the progress and completion of assigned tasks.
• Completes and submits all required task-related activities, productivity, and other documentation in a timely manner.
• Must be detail oriented.
• Must complete projects as assigned.
• Must be able to understand what DHCP and Static IPs are.

Minimum Qualifications (Education, Skills & Experience)

• Minimum of High School Diploma/Vocational Training.
• Must have three or more years of experience.
• Must have working knowledge of commercial intrusion systems, CCTV, intercom, networking, and small engine mechanics.
• Must have a working knowledge to full understanding of local/national codes.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to clear a drug screening.

Certification/Licensing

• Must obtain and retain any specific product certifications and/or licenses that are required by national, state and local codes.

• Exposure to outside weather conditions, risk of electrical shock, and harsh work environments.

Physical Requirements

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to:

• Use vision abilities including close, distance, peripheral, depth, and color.
• Work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions/circumstances such as with ladders, scaffolding, high lift equipment, wires, ducts, crawl spaces, attics, above ceilings, etc.
• Lift, move, and hold up to approximately 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work a full-time, flexible schedule with “on call availability” and must be able to travel on short notice.
• Must be able to drive a motor vehicle (day and evenings) for extended time periods.
