Job summary

Vortex Companies, LLC is seeking a CCTV Operator to perform pipeline inspections, locate manholes, and support sewer maintenance projects. The role involves travel and working in a fast-paced field environment with emphasis on safety and teamwork.

The position is full-time, typically Monday–Friday, with potential evening or weekend shifts. Compensation ranges from $25.00 to $35.00 per hour, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• At least 1-year experience with water, sewer, televising, jetting, or CIPP construction.
• General knowledge of the operation of closed video camera equipment, and high pressure sewer cleaning equipment.
• PACP/MACP/LACP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate CCTV cameras to record interiors of pipelines for inspections and determine cleaning or lining needs.
• Jetting, cabling, and installing clean-outs.
• Locate manholes from a map.
• Perform related duties and carry out special projects as assigned.
• Operation and maintenance of all equipment.
• Set-up/take-down traffic control and store footage.
