Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Services or a relevant Bachelor’s with CSW required.
• Minimum one year of CCS case management experience required.
• Experience in behavioral health or addiction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and support CCS consumers professionally.
• Ensure adherence to agency program requirements.
