Qualifications

• Experience in a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) with Life Care Plan/entry-fee sales.
• Ability to build relationships with prospective residents and families.
• Proven ability to close sales and meet occupancy/revenue goals.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate and manage a pipeline of qualified leads and referrals.
• Build strong relationships with prospective residents and their families.
• Deliver persuasive presentations highlighting our community value.
• Guide families through the decision-making process with empathy and expertise.
