Job summary

Snohomish County Human Services is seeking a professional to oversee ECEAP subcontractors and coordinate services for eligible children and families. You will ensure growth, compliance, and strong collaboration with districts, tribes, and non-profit partners while supporting equity and inclusion.

The role involves planning, budgeting, contract development, data reporting, training, and community engagement to advance high-quality early learning programs across the county.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or public administration or related field; plus relevant experience.
• Two years progressively responsible experience in human services program planning, grant prep or management.
• Must pass job related tests and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates program planning and development activities with supervisors, agencies and partners.
• Develops needs assessments, program goals, budgets and contract documents.
• Coordinates data collection and reporting; analyzes data.
• Negotiates contracts and monitors subcontractor performance for quality.
• Assists in budget development and contract negotiations with funders.
• Provides technical assistance to subcontractors and potential partners.
• Researches funding opportunities and prepares applications.
• Supports advisory boards and community training efforts.
• Keeps informed of regulations and implements guidelines.
• Leads community education and events; coordinates RFP processes.
• Works across divisions to meet client needs.
