Job summary

Sahara Home Care in Crystal Lake, IL, is seeking a dedicated coordinator to provide support to clients and home care aides. You will manage large caseloads, organize documentation, and build strong relationships with case managers.

This role requires high school diploma, valid driver's license, and willingness to travel across Cook County to conduct home visits and coordinate care with partners.

Qualifications

Salary Range: $52,000 – $55,000 per /year (based on experience and qualifications)
