Job summary

SMG System Medical Group in Parkersburg, WV seeks an Infectious Disease physician to join our inpatient and outpatient teams. The schedule features a 4-day clinic pattern rotating biweekly, plus a 7 on / 7 off inpatient rotation with APP support available.

Clinical focus includes health care epidemiology, antimicrobial stewardship, HIV/AIDS, hepatitis B and C, transplant ID, OPAT and COpAT; workload will include a mix of ID inpatient and outpatient care.

Qualifications

• Areas of expertise/focus include health care epidemiology, musculoskeletal infections, HIV/AIDS, hepatitis B, C, Antimicrobial Stewardship, Transplant ID, OPAT, and COpAT.
• Clinical responsibilities will include a mix of ID inpatient and outpatient.
