Job summary

TechDigital Group in Hartford, CT, seeks a senior Template Migration specialist with deep experience in legacy Doc1/EngageOne and CCM platforms to lead inventories, analyze layouts, and extract business rules. You will work across business SMEs, architects, and development teams to define actionable migration plans and reusable assets for large document portfolios.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in template inventory, impact analysis, and migration assessments.
• Strong understanding of document composition concepts including: variable content, conditional logic, fragment reuse, dynamic sections, pagination rules, print streams and output formats.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with business SMEs, developers, architects, and migration teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and reverse engineer legacy templates to identify layouts, rules, and dependencies.
• Document migration requirements and functional specs for recreation in CCM platforms.
• Partner with business SMEs, architects, and development teams to validate rules and data sources.
• Support template inventory and migration assessment activities, identifying risks and approaches.
• Provide SME guidance on best practices during migration and validation/testing.
