Position: CCM Architect / Sr. Architect

Type of hire: Contract, Contract-to-Hire, Full-time

Must Have Skills:

• Strong programming skills (at least 5 years)
• Understanding of Customer communication / Content Management space
• Experience with platforms and Solution Architecture
• Hands-on experience with at least one customer communication product like Oracle Documaker, HP Exstream, Thunderhead NOW, Adobe LiveCycle
• Knowledge of environments like zOS, Unix (AIX, Linux), Windows Server
• Java/J2EE, SOAP, Websphere, MQ, Mainframe infrastructure, COBOL, JCL, Unix
• Project Management Tools: MS Project, MS Visio, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint
• SDLC/Design Methodologies: UML, RUP, Agile, RAD, Waterfall
• Modeling and Design Tools: Microsoft Visio
• Databases: SQL Server, MySQL, Access

Desired Skills:

• Insurance domain knowledge
• Experience with Documaker 12.x, Filenet, CMOD or similar content management tools
• Experience defining roadmaps and creating project plans
• Conducting JAD sessions

Qualifications:

• 10+ years total experience
• 8+ years in Document Composition / ECM space
• 3+ years as a solution architect
• 5+ years hands-on with Document Composition tools like Documaker or HP Exstream
• 3+ years with ECM tools like IBM Filenet or Content Manager OnDemand
• Experience in Electronic Document Composition technologies, AFP, PDF, Meta code print streams
