American University is seeking an Office Assistant for the Center for Leadership & Community Engagement. The role is part-time, in-person, 7 hours per week, and restricted to enrolled AU students with Federal Work Study eligibility.
You will greet visitors, respond to inquiries, manage phone and voicemail, and assist with coordinating campus service events. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and strong organization are preferred.

The Center for Leadership & Community Engagement is looking to hire Office Assistants to assist in our general operations and communications. Our office assistants will work 7 hours a week in-person, and must have a federal work study award. Office assistants act as the first line of greeting and directing those looking to connect with our office, so will become familiar with our programs and staff.
Part-time. 7 hours per week. Salary Range: $18.40 per hour.
This position is restricted to Federal Work Study students. Pay is DC minimum wage. Start date is beginning of Fall semester.
