Job summary

Raymond James is seeking a seasoned Relationship Manager for its Correspondent Clearing Division (CCD) in the United States. The role focuses on driving client loyalty, managing escalations, and growing client relationships with centralized CCD clients and financial advisors.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in finance, marketing or business and 10–15 years of product/relationship management in financial services, with SIE and Series 7 certifications and up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in finance, marketing or business-related field with a minimum of ten to fifteen (10-15) years of progressively responsible product management experience in the financial services industry.
• Practical knowledge of wealth management and financial planning.
• Experience with investment products and services, technology platforms and delivery models for high net worth clients.
• Sales experience.
• OR ~ An equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training approved by Human Resources.
• SIE required provided that an exemption or grandfathering cannot be applied.
• Series 7 Travel Required: Yes, 50 % of the Time
• Education Bachelor’s: Accounting, Bachelor’s: Business Administration, Bachelor’s: Finance
• Work Experience General Experience – 10 to 15 years
• Certifications Securities Industry Essentials Exam (SIE) - Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA)

Responsibilities

• Strategic Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with centralized CCD clients and financial advisors.
• Strong Presentation Skills: Develops and delivers presentations to groups at home office and conferences.
• Product Education: Advocates the growth and utilization of CCD resources, services, and products.
• Campaign Management: Develops marketing campaigns to drive adoption of CCD platform and revenue growth.
• Communication Strategy: Oversees development of CCD communication plans to raise platform awareness.
• Strategic Planning: Leads strategy development, analysis of adoption drivers, and product management for CCD components.
• Vendor Management: Surve ys the landscape for potential solutions and relationships with high net worth vendors.
• Project Management: Leads development projects, provides analysis and reports on CCD success metrics, coordinates with stakeholders.
• Staff supervision: Plans, assigns, monitors, and mentors staff when managing RJ professionals.
• General: Extensive knowledge of CCD service offering and related software.
