Job summary

Raymond James is seeking a remote Financial Services Administrative Support professional to provide proactive, virtual support to financial advisors and clients. You will handle account maintenance, reporting, and client communications in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have an Associate degree with 5+ years in financial services, SIE and Series licenses as required, and strong MS Office/Excel skills to drive efficient client service and onboarding processes.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree and five (5) years of licensed financial services industry service experience.
• Branch experience preferred or an equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training as approved by Human Resources.
• SIE required; Series 7; Series 63, 65 and/or 66 as required by state; ability to obtain additional securities and advisory registrations if required by state.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with assigned advisors daily to ensure needs are met.
• Manages client account maintenance including opening/maintaining accounts and transfers.
• Prepares client meetings, runs reports, and conducts follow-up activities.
• Responds to inquiries promptly, delivering high-quality service.
• Coordinates new client onboarding transitions with other teams to ensure a smooth process.
