Raymond James is seeking a dynamic Registered Client Service Associate to support Financial Advisors, clients, and branch staff. You will handle high-volume client inquiries, onboarding, account setup, and asset transfers while maintaining CRM records and supporting marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication across channels, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 1+ year securities industry experience preferred.
• SIE required; exemption/grandfathering not available.
• Series 7 required; Series 63/65/66 as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for a high volume of daily interactions with clients.
• Onboard new clients and open new accounts; research client and security information.
• Process and monitor asset transfers to ensure proper receipt and cost basis.
• Prepare financial reports and materials for client meetings; input orders and rebalance portfolios.
• Maintain CRM records and assist Advisors with marketing events and client outreach.
