Job summary

Seacoast Mental Health Center, Inc. is seeking a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) Project Director to provide strategic leadership, oversight, and direction for large-scale transformation initiatives aimed at achieving CCBHC status and Rural Health Transformation goals.

• Graduate degree required in healthcare administration, public health, social work, business administration, or a related field.
• Five years of progressive experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison to state and federal partners.
• Assess statewide initiatives to determine involvement and readiness.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and accountability structures.
• Collaborate with leadership to align initiatives with mission and sustainability goals.
• Lead all CCBHC implementation activities and ensure funding compliance.
• Oversee Rural Health Transformation contracts, data collection, and deliverables.
• Conduct Community Needs Assessments and integrate outcomes into Quality Improvement framework.
• Monitor clinical, operational, financial, and access-related indicators.
• Prepare outcome reports for executive leadership and boards.
• Coordinate meetings with community partners and training on the CCBHC model.
• Chair internal CCBHC planning and implementation meetings.
