Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH) seeks a Full-Time Director for Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHC) to lead, mentor and empower our CCBHC teams in Eastern North Carolina. The role drives certification, quality improvement, and cross‑department coordination to ensure compliant, person‑centered behavioral health services.

The position emphasizes operational leadership, partnership development, and data‑driven performance with travel across Eastern NC.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or related field required or preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in behavioral health, healthcare, or human services.
• Experience with regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and program implementation.
• Experience with Medicaid-funded services and behavioral health systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation, operation, certification, and recertification activities of the CCBHC program.
• Coordinate day-to-day CCBHC activities to ensure alignment with federal, state, and payer requirements.
• Monitor alignment to the CCBHC Model of Care and support integrated, person-centered service delivery.
• Track implementation milestones, project plans, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate across departments to ensure availability of all required CCBHC services.
• Assist with workforce planning, onboarding, training, and competency development for CCBHC requirements.
