CHR Career in Danielson, CT, seeks a Project Director for the Rural Pathways program. You will oversee federal grant management, budgets, and program coordination across internal teams and partners, ensuring compliance and successful outcomes.

The role requires a Master’s degree in behavioral health and 5–10 years of program management experience in behavioral health, with preference for federal grant and CCBHC experience; CT licensure is preferred; on-site work Monday–Friday in Danielson.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral health or higher.
• 5–10 years of program management experience in behavioral health.
• Experience managing large-scale projects and federal grants; CCBHC experience preferred.
• CT licensure as LCSW/LPC/LMFT or Ph.D. preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee federal grant project management and budgeting.
• Develop detailed work plans aligned with grant goals.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams on assignments.
• Lead and support workgroups and teams.
• Track progress and analyze data; present findings.
• Ensure grant documentation compliance.
• Oversee recruitment and performance evaluations with HR.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings; other duties as assigned.
