Easterseals PORT Health seeks a Full-Time Director for our Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinics (CCBHC) to lead, mentor, and empower CCBHC teams across Eastern North Carolina. The role oversees certification, quality improvement, and cross-department coordination to ensure compliant, person-centered behavioral health services.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in a relevant field (Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Human Services).
• Minimum five years of progressive leadership in behavioral health or related fields.
• Three years of management experience with operations, compliance, budgeting and staff leadership.
• Licensed behavioral health professional preferred.
• Valid NC driver's license and personal vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead CCBHC program implementation, operations, and compliance.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, quality measures, and readiness for reviews.
• Monitor data, performance reports, and PPS-2 related processes.
• Develop community partnerships and liaise with state agencies and payers.
• Oversee workforce planning, training, and competency development.
