Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in a health or related field.
• Minimum five years of progressive leadership experience in behavioral health or healthcare administration.
• Experience with federally funded programs, Medicaid, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Direct program initiatives to achieve CCBHC certification and accreditation.
• Lead planning, implementation, and ongoing development of CCBHC services.
• Oversee grant administration, reporting, and sustainability planning.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and performance measures for program outcomes.
• Build partnerships with healthcare providers, schools, law enforcement, and community stakeholders.
• Provide leadership and coaching to project teams and staff.
