Job summary

NorthKey Community Care is seeking a CCBHC Project Director to lead and direct implementation of Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) criteria, services, and activities for the CCBHC demonstration and related opportunities. The role reports to the organization located at 502 Farrell Drive, Covington, KY, with on-site work and potential for hybrid after six months.

• Master’s degree in health-related (behavioral health/public health/policy/administration) or related field.
• Leadership, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strategic planner with adaptability to changing program requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct implementation of CCBHC criteria, services and activities.
• Initiate and drive ongoing consultation with leadership and team members.
• Maintain knowledge of CCBHC certification requirements and serve as primary contact.
