Job summary

State of Colorado is seeking a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) Implementation Advisor for the Behavioral Health Benefits Section of BHIC. This term-limited role supports oversight of Medicaid behavioral health initiatives and ensures alignment with state and federal requirements.

Qualifications

• Seven (7) years of professional experience in program implementation, program analysis, contract management or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree plus three years of related experience; degrees substitute on a year-for-year basis.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of the CCBHC Demonstration and communicate policy changes to providers and stakeholders.
• Develop and expand CCBHC benefits, policies, and processes to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with agencies on provider readiness, onboarding, training and technical assistance.
• Create provider guidance and training materials for person-centered care and reimbursement rules.
• Review regulations to identify required operational or policy changes and communicate them.
