Job summary

New Mexico Solutions is seeking a Project Director to lead the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) initiative in Albuquerque. You will provide strategic leadership, oversee implementation, ensure compliance with SAMHSA and state requirements, and drive continuous quality improvement across teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavioral Health, Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Nursing, or related field.
• Licensed or license-eligible professional in behavioral health strongly preferred.
• Minimum 5 years progressive leadership in behavioral health or healthcare program management.
• Knowledge of CCBHC standards, evidence-based practices, and behavioral health systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, development, and operations of CCBHC services in alignment with requirements and mission.
• Monitor compliance with federal, state, and CCBHC certification standards.
