Job summary

Stephen F. Austin State University seeks a supervisory grant coordinator to oversee the JACKS CARE initiative under CCAMPIS.

You will manage childcare subsidies, build partnerships with providers and community organizations, recruit participants, track data, and support evaluation and reporting to meet grant objectives. You will supervise staff, ensure compliance with federal requirements, and coordinate across university units to advance program outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in a related field.
• Three years of related experience with program coordination and grant administration.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• Experience with grant-funded programs, financial tracking, or budget support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs project activities to meet timelines and goals.
• Manages childcare subsidy administration and provider partnerships.
• Collaborates with PI, Co-PI, evaluator, and faculty for progress assessment.
• Coordinates communications among staff, university units, and community partners.
• Recruits and onboard participants and maintains stakeholder communication.
• Collects data, maintains databases, and supports objective analysis.
• Ensures compliance with federal regulations and reporting requirements.
• Monitors and reports on program objectives implementation.
• Manages project budget and supervises assigned staff.
