Cisco Systems, Inc. is seeking a Partner Specialist Solutions Engineering professional to accelerate revenue by acting as the technical authority for the CCaaS partner ecosystem.

You will enable partners through comprehensive programs, design scalable architectures, and influence product roadmaps to maintain Cisco's competitive edge. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across enterprise networking and AI-enabled customer experiences to close complex deals and drive long-term

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of experience in Pre-Sales Engineering or Consulting within software, cloud, or AI sectors.
• Five+ years of technical experience across contact center technologies (Enterprise Networking, Data Center, Security, or Collaboration).
• Proficiency in CCaaS, CPaaS, and AI-powered customer experience architectures.
• Current industry-recognized Collaboration certification (e.g., CCIE Collaboration).

Responsibilities

• Accelerate revenue growth by serving as the primary technical authority for our CCaaS partner ecosystem.
• Empower partners through comprehensive technical enablement programs enabling self-sufficiency in cloud contact center solutions.
• Design scalable architectural frameworks addressing customer pain points and demonstrate value of the tech stack.
• Influence product roadmaps by aggregating field feedback to prioritize features and maintain competitive edge.
