Job summary

Rogers Behavioral Health in Madison, WI seeks a qualified Behavioral Health Specialist to deliver cognitive behavioral and related therapies to patients under clinical supervision. You will document outcomes, contribute to treatment planning, and participate in team meetings to support individualized care.

Responsibilities include training other staff in CBT interventions, coordinating with an interdisciplinary team, and ensuring timely documentation and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services, psychology, social work, or related field is required.
• Must hold a valid Substance Abuse Counselor-in-Training credential (or state equivalent) for Addiction Recovery programs.
• CBT experience (12 months preferred) in clinical care, human services, or education.
• For Residential programs, a current driver's license is preferred and in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide cognitive behavioral and other therapeutic services including groups to patients under supervision.
• Participate in supervision and communicate patient progress and care plan adjustments.
• Monitor effectiveness of interventions and adjust as needed in consultation with Clinical leader.
